Terms & Conditions
Terms for using Revisionizer.
These terms apply to your use of Revisionizer, including free materials, paid timed-access plans, and your account on revisionizer.com.
Using the service
You must use the site lawfully, keep your login details secure, and avoid sharing paid access, attempting unauthorised access, or interfering with the operation of the website.
Accounts and access
Paid plans provide timed access for the selected period. Access starts when your purchase is confirmed and may be suspended or removed if these terms are breached.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown on the access page at checkout. Billing and refund questions are handled in line with the information on the Refunds & billing page and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Content and intellectual property
Revisionizer content, design, and study materials remain the property of Revisionizer unless stated otherwise. You may use the materials for your own study, but not resell, republish, or distribute them as your own product.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security issues, or events outside reasonable control.
Liability
Revisionizer is provided as a study tool and not as legal advice. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant access period where permitted by law.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@revisionizer.com.
Consumer cancellation rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days from purchase to cancel a distance contract. Because Revisionizer supplies digital content, checkout asks you to request immediate access and to acknowledge that once access begins you lose that 14-day cancellation right. If you do not want immediate access, contact billing@revisionizer.com before using the service and your cancellation right is preserved for the 14-day period.
Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Educational use only
Revisionizer is a revision aid. It is not legal advice, and while content is prepared carefully, accuracy is not guaranteed โ always verify against primary sources and your own course materials.
Company information and governing law
Revisionizer is operated by Sola Hills Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16548852). Contact: support@revisionizer.com. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting your rights as a consumer to rely on mandatory protections where you live.
