How billing help works
- Send billing or refund questions through Support.
- Include the email address used for checkout and your plan details.
- We will review whether there was a technical fault, duplicate payment, or another issue that needs fixing.
- Approved refunds are processed through Stripe.

| Paid but no access visible | Contact support with the checkout email so the account can be matched and access corrected. |
| Duplicate or mistaken payment | Raise a support request as soon as possible so the charge can be reviewed. |
