- Support messages you send through the support form.
- Basic technical information needed to deliver the site securely, such as browser/session data used by Supabase authentication and essential site cookies.

Lawful bases
We process account and billing data to perform our contract with you (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); security logs and fraud prevention under legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)); and legal record-keeping under legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Who processes your data
We use Supabase (account database and authentication), Stripe (payments — we never see your card number), and Netlify (website hosting). Where these providers process data outside the UK, transfers are protected by UK-approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and equivalent contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted on verified request. Billing records are kept for six years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Support messages are kept for up to two years.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email support@revisionizer.com.
